while the tranquility was somewhat refreshing, it’s hard to overlook the utter lack of nearby amenities. also, no one was there to pamper me by the pool—like, where’s the service? ! absolutely expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but I suppose that’s too much to ask.

The location feels completely isolated, as there are hardly any nearby amenities. Being without a car, I found it incredibly frustrating to deal with the lack of public transport options in the late evening. It made venturing out for dinner a major hassle, and I wish the hotel had a restaurant on-site for convenience.
